Do I need to deposit funds to register?
No, registration is completely free. You will only need to deposit funds when you decide to start trading on a real account. Until then, you can practice on a demo account.
Can I change my account currency?
The currency is selected during registration and your first deposit. After that, it cannot be changed, so choose carefully.
What currency can be used for trading?
Upon registration, you will have access to one currency – the US dollar.
What deposit methods are available?
Toxa allows its clients to deposit funds using cryptocurrency, UPI for Indian customers, Cards and Banks for the rest Asian countries and European countries.
We are also working with more new payment gateways to support other countries.
How do I start trading?
Register on the platform and begin with a demo account. It fully replicates real trading but uses virtual funds — a safe way to explore the platform and practice.
How do I open a real account?
After registration, two accounts are created automatically:
- Demo account — for practice
- Real account — for trading with actual funds
To start trading on the real account, simply top it up using any convenient method. Once the funds are credited, you can open trades immediately.
Do I need to sign any documents to trade?
No. You only need to agree to the Platform Terms of Use during registration.
The KYC documents are only once you have a withdrawal open. That's when we check and verify your account.
Can I trade from mobile or via a browser?
Yes, the platform works fully both in a computer browser and on mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
What should I do if the platform freezes or an error occurs?
Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
How do I deposit funds into my account?
The process takes just a few minutes:
Open the trade execution window and click “Deposit” in the upper right corner, or use the “Deposit” button in your Personal Account.
- Choose any convenient deposit method from the available options.
- Enter the deposit amount.
- Fill in the payment details and confirm the transaction.
- Funds become available for trading immediately after being credited.
- If there are any issues, and the funds are not credited to your account, open a support ticket, and our team will check.
I can’t deposit funds — how do I solve the problem?
The issue may be caused by several factors: bank restrictions, technical errors, or incorrect payment details. To resolve it quickly, submit a support request through your Personal Account — this allows the team to identify the cause and assist you faster.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The minimum deposit is $10 USD (or the equivalent in your account currency). After depositing, you receive full access to all platform features.
Are there any maximum deposit limits?
There is no limit on the total deposit amount, but a single transaction cannot exceed $10,000 USD.
The number of transactions is unlimited.
Do I need to provide documents to withdraw funds?
Yes, identity verification is required to protect your account and prevent fraud. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
Does the platform charge fees for deposits or withdrawals?
No, the platform does not charge commissions. However, banks and payment systems may apply their own fees or conversion rates.
What is the withdrawal limit?
There are no such withdrawal limits as long as your account is having more than $50. You should be able to withdraw.
Why was my withdrawal request approved, but the funds haven’t arrived yet?
The processing time depends on the payment system:

Bank cards: may take several business days, depending on the bank

Crypto-wallets: typically within 2-3 hour after request approval
Delays may occur due to technical issues or payment processor queues.
If the funds do not arrive within the expected time, contact customer support.
How do I place a trade?
Select an asset.
Set the expiration time and trade amount.
Choose the expected price direction:
Important: The Martingale strategy is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in trade cancellation and account blocking.
How is profit calculated in trading?
Profit is fixed at the moment the trade is opened and is calculated as a percentage of the option's cost, regardless of how much the price moves in the predicted direction.
What is the minimum trade amount?
The minimum trade amount is $1.
What is pending trading?
Pending trading allows you to set up a trade in advance with a specific asset, price, and execution time.

How can I track open trades?

When is the best time to trade?
The optimal time depends on your strategy and chosen asset:

What is the trade expiration time?
Expiration time is the moment when the trade automatically closes.
Based on the result, the trader either receives a payout or loses the invested amount.
Under what conditions is a trade profitable?

The loss is limited to the trade amount.

How can I obtain a status?
Your status is assigned based on the total amount of deposits, which can be viewed in the “Privileges and Statuses” section of your Account. A higher status may grant access to increased cashback, higher limits, and additional benefits.
What is cashback?
Cashback is the return of a portion of your lost funds to your Cashback Account over the course of the week (from Monday to Sunday). The cashback amount is credited every Monday. The percentage of the return depends on your status on the platform.
